In the time from appointment to commencement on site, we would wish to sit down with the Design Team and Client to examine all elements of the project to achieve cost savings while not diminishing quality.

As is the norm, a number of these may become evident during the tender period and in fact may be offered as alternatives with the tender.

Having carried out so many fit outs and refurbishments, our experience in identifying potential design co-ordination clashes, in reviewing the practicality and feasibility of design requirements, brings added value and potential cost savings to the client. We find regular review and dialogue are essential to the successful outcome of the project, enabling us to respond quickly to changing requirements.
